OneTrip Nepal encourages all our customers and clients to read the company terms and conditions. By submitting booking form, you are agreeing to be bound with the company’s terms and conditions and the agreements between you and OneTrip Nepal.
Definitions:
- The Company, We, Us, Tour Company or Trekking Agency shall be referred to OneTrip Nepal.
- You shall be referred to our valuable customers or clients.
How to make a trip booking:
When you confirm to make trip booking with us, 15% amount of the total trip cost is required to pay in advance by using any means of payment with a copy of your passport for reservation of the flight Ticket, Hotel Accommodation and trekking permit process. And the rest amount of payment should be made either before 30 days of the trip departure or after your arrival in Nepal. It depends on your Trip. You can send your copy of passport either by fax or by email.
Prices:
- Prices are subjected to change at any time if there significant change on local exchange rates, internal flight etc.
- All prices have no hidden charges as per the itinerary for your trip(s).
Amendments to a booking:
You can make an alternation to your trip however you will be responsible to any additional costs. We try to accommodate your alternation to trip.
Transfer of booking to another trip:
You can transfer the payment made for one trip for a different trip subject to availability but it will charge addition cost to you, which you will be responsible.
Last Minute Booking:
We accept 7 days prior bookings for trekking, tour and other adventurous activities in Nepal. Please contact us to know if there is any available option for your tour packages.
Cancellation & Refunds:
You can cancel your booking at any time, however the refund will be as follows:
- If you cancel the trip 31 days before the trip departure date – 100% refunds (Deposit will non-refundable).
- If you cancel the trip 16 – 30 Days before the trip departure date- 55% refunds
- If you cancel the trip 08 -15 Days before the trip departure – 25% refunds
- If you cancel the trip 07 or less Days before the trip departure – 0% refunds
Note: Cancellation may subjected to charge however you may extend your trip without cancellation and charge till one year. For this you need to inform us 2 weeks prior and the addition cost will have to pay if the cost of the trip increased due to increment on the Local stuff used in the Trip.
Supplement Charge:
All our tour and trekking packages comes with twin sharing basis of rooms or tents. So, travelers and trekkers are requested to contact us for single room supplement and additional charge will be imposed to client who want to have single room supplement.
Unforeseen Circumstances:
If OneTrip Nepal cancels your trip because of unforeseen circumstances like war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavorable climate etc., we would be happy to refer you alternative trip of a similar standard. Even if this doesn’t fit your personal interest, we will refund you. But remember, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.
Clients’ Responsibility:
During tour and trekking our guide deserves all authority however if you commit any unlawful act, you are compelled to leave the tour. No refund will be made in such case.
Your personal belongings:
During tour / trekking our team crews will do their best to keep your luggage safe and sound. However, incase of any loss or damage of your luggage or property belongings when shouldered by porters, ponies or vehicles; our company will not be responsible for the loss. To cover such a hazard, you are advised to purchase comprehensive insurance.
Flight Delay/Cancellation:
There is virtually possibility of flight delay or postponement for notorious weather in Himalayan regions which could be happened, in particular, in Everest region (Lukla), Jomsom, Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region etc.
Trip Cancellation by the Company:
It is very unlikely to cancel the trip from us, however due to country situation and Government policy, we can cancel your trip at any time. At this condition your payment will be refundable in full.
Health & Fitness:
It is highly recommended to check your health and physical fitness for all trips. We will not be responsible for cancellation of your trip at final stage due to your health and fitness and your payment won’t be refundable.
Travel Insurance:
Travelers / trekkers must have Travel insurance that covers accidents, emergency evacuation in the case of you need to be rescued.
Guide/ Leader:
The trekking/tour/expedition leader or local staffs who represent OneTrip Nepal has given authority on our trips. If you commit any illegal act in the trips or if in the opinion of them, your behavior is unfavorable to the safety and welfare of the group. You may be asked to leave the trip without any right to refund.
Papers & Documents:
All necessary documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We are not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absent of essential papers and documents.
Passport & Visas:
All customers or clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. Nepalese visas can be obtained from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or arrival in Kathmandu Airport.
Complaints:
If you have complaints about the trip, you can tell to operator/leader/guide at the earliest opportunity then he will take the appropriate action.
Acceptance of risk:
The nature of the some trips are adventurous and therefore may involve personal risk. We would like to inform you that you have to take all risk on ownself arising from any damages or injuries or death resulting from these inherent risks.
You may use any means of payment such as western union, bank transfer, visa card or master card.
